Christmas is over, time to get busy and take advantage of the last 100 days until the tax credit will be gone. Interest rates are still at an all time low. The lending institutions are now saying the interest rates will begin to creep up after 4/30 whe the government will no longer be backing the loans. In order for private investors to buy the loans they will have to raise interest rates to be attractive to the investor.
Let's put a plan in order... call today 252-619-2011
