Did anyone see 20/20 last night?  They tell us we are not out of the woods yet!  We have seen the sub-prime fiasco play out now we will see the ARM's adjust next.  It will begin to take off in 2009 and the height of this fiasco will reach in 2010.  The good news is, there will be more great deals to come and price reductions to be had.   Those who are on solid ground will be the ones who benefit from the fall out.  I have a rental and am looking for my second.  It has proven to be a very good investment.
